Marc is a qualified veterinary surgeon and has treated a wide range of animals, from his consulting room to warzones and scenes of natural disaster. As a result, Marc was recently awarded the national veterinary industry’s prestigious Special Recognition Award and voted the UK’s Favourite Vet.

An active promoter of responsible pet ownership, Marc has appeared on some of the biggest animal related TV shows including BBC1’s Animal Rescue Live and Channel 4’s It’s Me Or the Dog and The Paul O’Grady Show, as well as contributing on BBC Breakfast News, ITN News and The Tonight Programme.

Marc’s popular radio phone-ins on BBC SCR, monthly and weekly columns for national and local press, and school visits prove his obvious commitment and passion to educate our nation’s current and future pet owners.

Marc is also co founder of new free ‘social petworking’ website, giving pet-owners a platform to rate and comment on the services they and their pet have received from pet related businesses allowing owners to find the best for their pet.

Marc was recently appointed as veterinary advisor to the Kennel Club of Great Britain, and actively supports a number of animal charities.
